Our Mission

It is our purpose to make the world of music available to all those who would like to broaden their life through the experience of music. Through tuition at the highest professional level we aspire to teach those who merely want to do music as a past time as well as those who would like to work towards an exam. Towards this end we assist learners to work towards passing music exams with all of the most important examining bodies.

Company Profile

From an operational point of view, Centurion Music Academy cc is a Close Corporation with two members. All the teaching activities take place in specially allocated buildings of the Hoërskool Centurion in Selborne Avenue, Lyttelton Manor, Centurion.

The examining bodies for which the CMA registers its learners are UNISA, Royals Schools of Music, and Trinity College of Music, while candidates are entered every year for both the Pretoria Eisteddfod as well as the Centurion Kunstefees.

CMA's Principal and Administrative Manager is Mrs Elke Koppers while the Academic and Artistic Management falls under the auspices of Mrs Elsie Potgieter. Each of the profiles of individual staff members may be read by following the Teachers-tags.
